At one point and time in history, cancer nutrition was the only way that people had to fight against cancer. The body is naturally equipped with cancer fighting genes and when you drink green tea on a regular basis it is like putting out an alert to those genes to be ready and prepared to look for cancer within one’s body.

There are a variety of additional spices and herbs that are known for fighting against cancer. These include:
